Submission & Service Terms
- One Task Per 24 Hours: Send one letter per day to maintain consistency and high-quality reviews.
- Working Days: We operate Friday through Tuesday. Letters sent on Wednesday or Thursday will be held until Friday.
- Cut-Off Time: The Tuesday deadline is 09:00 PM EU time – after this, tasks resume on Friday.
- Email Support: You’ll receive full submission details via email after purchase. Please wait for your confirmation email before submitting any letters.
- Case Notes on Request: Need help finding suitable case notes? Contact us or request inside the community.
- 180-Day Validity: Your 5-letter credit remains active for 180 days. Credits not used within this period are non-refundable.
