- Tuesday Cut-Off: Final deadline for weekly processing is 09:00 PM EU time. Letters received later start Friday.
- Email-Based Feedback: All corrections are returned by email. Please wait for your welcome instructions before sending your task.
- Need Case Notes? You can request suitable case notes by email or inside the community.
- Credit Expiry: Credits are valid for 180 days. Unused letters cannot be refunded.
