Submission & Service Terms
- One Task Daily: We accept one letter per student per 24-hour period to maintain high-quality corrections.
- Correction Days: Tasks are processed from Friday to Tuesday. We are closed Wednesday and Thursday.
- Final Cut-Off: Tuesday submissions must be received before 09:00 PM EU Time to be included that week.
- Email Instructions: Submission details will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Please wait for this before sending your letter.
- Need Practice Notes? You can request case notes anytime via email or by joining our community.
- Credit Expiry: All 8-letter credits are valid for 180 days. Any unused credits will not be refunded.
