Submission & Service Terms
- One Letter Per Day: You can send one task per 24-hour period to maintain feedback quality.
- Working Days: Tasks are processed Friday through Tuesday. We do not accept submissions on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- Tuesday Cut-Off: Final submission deadline is 09:00 PM EU time. Late tasks are moved to Friday.
- Email Instructions: You’ll receive a welcome email with full instructions – please wait for this before sending any work.
- Need Case Notes? You can request them via email or directly inside the community group.
- Credit Validity: All three credits are valid for 180 days. No refunds for unused letters.
