Submission & Service Terms
- One Letter Per Day: Limit one submission per 24 hours to ensure fairness and quality feedback for all students.
- Submission Schedule: Letters are processed Friday through Tuesday. No corrections take place on Wednesday or Thursday.
- Weekly Deadline: Tasks sent after 09:00 PM EU Time on Tuesday will be queued for review starting Friday.
- Submission Guide by Email: Once you’ve purchased, check your email for step-by-step submission instructions before sending anything.
- Need Practice Materials? You can ask for case notes anytime via email or through our private OET Community.
- Validity Period: Credits remain valid for 180 days. Unused corrections are not refundable.
